I bought this as a gift for my son for Christmas. It was too small on his wrist. I have sent emails and MULTIPLE chats for over a week now, and occasionally someone will respond in the chat, but then will just stop typing and will never give all of the information to return the item (or exchange) in order to get a new bracelet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they do not allow for returns.
